Proud of its traditional methods, passed down through generations and with a true passion for quality and design, Il Bramante creates unique works admired worldwide for decades.
The Tradition
Our art was born more than 40 years ago in a Florentine artisan workshop. Each product is individually hand-worked, ensuring a care for detail that has always distinguished us.
Exclusivity
Every work is created by Federico Sassoli, our Master Silversmith. Design and creation are personally followed, from the sketch to the final exclusive detail.
The Art of Creation
We follow every phase of production, from the design of the object to the final finishing in our laboratory.
Production, Use of Tar
Pure silver is transformed into sheets of various thicknesses. From the sheet, the shape of the object is created, which is then filled with tar to make it malleable.
Attention to Detail, The Chisel
The design is traced in pencil and then impressed with irons and a hammer. Each artisan personally creates their own irons, leaving a unique mark.
The Finishing, Polishing
The object is cleaned with brushes to remove any residue and then 'polished' to make the surface shiny and sparkling.

The Master Silversmith
Every creation signed by Il Bramante is born from the hands of Federico Sassoli, who since 1991 has carried forward the excellence of Florentine silverware.
The Beginnings
Federico grew up in the alleys of Borgo San Frediano, the beating heart of Florentine craftsmanship. It was here, in his uncle's workshop, that he discovered the charm of precious metal.
Expertise
After years of apprenticeship with Florence's greatest masters, he refined ancient techniques such as chiseling and embossing, making them his own in every creation.
The Workshop
In 1991 he founded Il Bramante, combining wisdom from the past with a modern vision of silver objects, now appreciated by international collectors and brands.
